Stay healthy and improve your smile. Make a New Years resolution to improve with three daily activities for 2015 to be happier, healthier and more beautiful. Promise yourself to keep that happy smile and promote your own health beginning in your mouth every morning. 1. Brush twice a day to maintain healthy teeth and mouth. 2. Change toothbrushes every 3-6 months or after you have been sick. 3. Floss daily. If you haven’t already made a New Year’s resolution, why not make one that you can smile about? New Year’s resolutions can be as easy or as hard as you make them.
